Our Warranty does not cover in
transit damage; failure to comply with the original suppliers warranty; willful
abuse or misuse. This warranty is voided if the goods have received
maltreatment, inattention, interference of any kind. Our responsibility
does not cover any products used in breach of manufacturer warranty, any loss
or damage caused by products not used according to product instructions,
consequential damage or incidental damages, personal injury, lost profits, lost
savings or other economic damages, intentional acts, war, hostilities,
terrorism or vandalism or acts of god.

Puchase
1(a) Customer may place order for one or
more of the Products for a minimum purchase of RM 50 (inclusive of SST/GST). If UNINIQ accepts an order made in
accordance with clause 1(a), then:
(i) Subject to payment of the Purchase
Price, we sell to the Customer the Products contemplated by that order; and
(ii) the Customer buys the Products contemplated by that order for the Purchase
Price.
For clarity, we may elect not to accept an
order made under clause 1(a) and reserve the right of refuse to sell our
products to anyone.
The Customer must pay the Purchase Price
for the Products at the time the relevant order is made under clause 1(a). If UNINIQ
elects not to accept an order, then we will endeavor to promptly refund to the
Customer any amounts paid by the Customer for that order.
Links to Other Websites
Links to this website without the expressed permission of UNINIQ are strictly prohibited. We reserve the right to
cancel or revoke any permission given to link to our site at any time for any
reason, without any notice without liability to you or any other person.
Framing of this website or any of its content in any form or by any method is
strictly prohibited. If you decide to leave our Site and
access these third-party sites, you do so at your own risk.
Applicable Laws
You agree that these Terms and Conditions of
Use will be governed by laws and construed in accordance with the laws of Malaysia. Each of us hereby submits to the non-exclusive
jurisdiction of the Malaysia - Melaka courts.
