RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY
Faulty & Damaged Goods
We will replace or refund (at our discretion) any items delivered to you that are damaged or defective at no charge or we will issue a full refund for you if you notify us within 5 days of receipt and conditional on all item(s) being returned to UNINIQ with unused or hasn’t been installed and in the original packaging.
Postage costs will not be refunded. Please send the returnable items registered mail as nothing will be refunded until the returned goods received by us. When you return merchandise please ensure it is packed in a sturdy and secure way so as to avoid any damage in transit or delivery.
